David Simões was born in 1985 in the city of Setúbal. Since he was a child, he started drawing. In his adolescence he started doing graffiti, an activity that filled his life for at least 10 years. Later he entered the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon where he obtained a degree in painting.
